These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all programs, products, and services delivered by The Transformation Network Ltd (Australia) (“TTN”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including:
KTA+ Premium Programs
Kingdom Thinkers Academy learning pathways
Thinkers Academy Private Tuition
iProject International 1:1 Sessions delivered under TTN Australia
All TTN-operated online learning spaces
By enrolling, paying for, or participating in any TTN service, families (“you”, “parents”, “guardians”, “students”) agree to these Terms.
1. Scope & Structure of Services
TTN provides Christ-centred, personalised, project-based education through several distinct delivery streams.
Each stream has its own structure, expectations, and service terms, all governed under TTN Australia.
1.1 KTA+ Premium Programs (Australia)
Delivered exclusively by The Transformation Network Ltd (Australia).
Premium Programs use TTN’s proprietary educational methodologies:
Responsive Discipleship Learning (RDL)
The Five Theme Framework
These methodologies are exclusive to Premium Programs and do not appear in other TTN offerings.
Premium Programs include:
High-touch guided inquiry
Project-based learning cycles
Weekly live sessions
Family partnership frameworks
Optional additional 1:1 sessions (which follow the Thinkers Academy 1:1 Terms)
1.2 Kingdom Thinkers Academy (Group Learning Programs + Optional 1:1 Sessions)
Kingdom Thinkers Academy (“KTA”) provides:
Group-Based Live Learning Programs
Scheduled weekly live online sessions
Age-based cohorts
Inquiry-driven, Bible-aligned learning experiences
Collaborative learning, peer interaction, and community engagement
Additional 1:1 Sessions
Some KTA packages include or allow purchase of supplementary 1:1 learning support.
These sessions are delivered under the same conditions as:
Thinkers Academy PAYG
Thinkers Academy 5-session packages
Thinkers Academy 10-session packages
iProject International 1:1 sessions
All 1:1 sessions within KTA follow the universal TTN 1:1 Tutoring Terms of Service.
KTA group programs use RDL and The Five Theme Framework.
These remain exclusive to KTA+ Premium Programs.
1.3 Thinkers Academy Private Tuition (Australia)
Thinkers Academy provides structured 1:1 tutoring and academic mentoring through:
Pay-As-You-Go sessions
5-Session Packages (5-week timeframe)
10-Session Packages (10-week timeframe)
Additional 1:1 sessions purchased within Kingdom Thinkers Academy programs
iProject International 1:1 sessions delivered under TTN Australia
All 1:1 sessions follow the same cancellation, rescheduling, and expiry rules as outlined in Section 15.
Thinkers Academy sessions also use Premium Program methodologies where appropriate.
1.4 iProject International (1:1 Mentoring + Custom Project-Based Learning)
iProject International provides personalised project-based learning for individual students.
Programs typically include:
1:1 Mentoring Sessions
Delivered weekly or multiple times per week.
These sessions follow the same attendance, cancellation, and policy rules as Thinkers Academy 1:1 tutoring.
Custom Project-Based Learning Experiences
iProject students engage in:
Bespoke project design
Skill development
Real-world application
Biblical worldview formation
Weekly progress feedback
Family partnership in learning
iProject programs are tailored to each student’s interests, including areas such as:
Engineering
Entrepreneurship
Writing
Science
Technology
Creative arts
Faith formation
iProject International programs use RDL and The Five Theme Framework (where appropriate).
These methodologies are exclusive to KTA+ Premium Programs.
1.5 Other TTN Digital and Learning Resources
TTN may provide:
One-off digital downloads
Learning tools
Templates
Short-form teaching content
Standalone workshops
Learning resources not tied to the above program streams
These resources do not use Premium Program methodologies unless specifically stated.
2. Contracting Entity
All Australian families enrolled in TTN programs contract with:

Registered Charity
TTN Australia manages:
Governance
Staff
Child safety
Fees & refunds
Learning delivery
Complaints
All relevant policies
3. Family Responsibilities
Parents and guardians agree to:
Provide a safe, supervised home learning environment
Maintain reliable internet and devices
Communicate respectfully
Support learning rhythms and schedules
Uphold TTN’s Christian values and community guidelines
Maintain state homeschool registration (where required)
4. Code of Conduct
All students and parents must follow TTN’s behavioural expectations.
4.1 Required Behaviour
Kindness, respect, and encouragement
Appropriate communication
Following teacher/mentor instructions
Protecting privacy and confidentiality
4.2 Prohibited Behaviour
Bullying or harassment
Discriminatory or harmful behaviour
Inappropriate content or communication
Recording sessions without consent
Behaviour that disrupts learning
4.3 Possible Consequences
Warnings
Parental notification
Restricted access
Removal from programs
Termination of enrolment
5. Attendance & Participation
5.1 Kingdom Thinkers Academy – Missed Live Group Sessions
Kingdom Thinkers Academy (KTA) group learning programs include scheduled live online classes delivered as part of a term-based educational experience.
Families acknowledge and agree that:
Attendance at live group sessions is the responsibility of the student and family
Live group sessions are not refundable, whether missed due to illness, scheduling conflicts, holidays, technical issues, or other personal circumstances
No refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or fee reductions are provided for missed KTA live group classes
Fees are charged for program access, educator preparation, curriculum delivery, and cohort participation, not per-attendance
Where recordings or follow-up resources are made available, these are provided at TTN’s discretion and do not constitute a replacement for live attendance.
This policy applies to all Kingdom Thinkers Academy group learning programs unless otherwise stated in writing.
Students must:
Attend scheduled sessions
Engage respectfully
Complete tasks and project work
Notify educators of absences
Applies to:
KTA+ Premium Programs
Thinkers Academy tutoring
iProject International 1:1 sessions
6. Privacy & Data Protection
TTN complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We ensure:
Secure data storage
Restricted staff access
Ethical data collection
Responsible technology use
Parents choose whether to allow use of:
Photos
Videos
Student work
Testimonials
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Child Safety & Protection
TTN follows:
Australian Child Safe Standards
National Principles for Child Safe Organisations
Mandatory reporting laws
We ensure:
Staff child safety training
Monitored online environments
Clear reporting procedures
Immediate response to safety concerns
Parents must supervise the physical environment during online learning.
8. Technology Use & Cyber Safety
Students must:
Use devices responsibly
Keep login details private
Avoid unsafe content
Treat others respectfully online
Parents agree to supervise device use and maintain cyber safety.
9. Early Withdrawal & Fee Policy (Premium Programs Only)
9.1 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
Full refund (minus processing fees) available within 7 days of enrolment.
9.2 Withdrawal After 7 Days
Families agree to pay 75% of the full program fee.
9.3 Special Consideration
Cases such as:
Medical emergencies
Crisis relocation
Severe financial hardship
may qualify for partial fee relief.
9.4 Program Cancellation by TTN
Families receive a pro-rata refund.
10. Learning Support & Adjustments
Support is offered within:
RDL
The Five Theme Framework
Adjustments may include:
Pace modification
Alternative learning methods
Family consultation
TTN does not guarantee specialised disability services.
11. Emergency & Incident Response
Steps include:
Immediate safety priority
Parental notification (unless unsafe)
Documentation
Reporting (mandatory where applicable)
Executive review
12. Complaints & Grievances
Follow a 3-step process:
Speak with the educator/mentor
Escalate to Program Lead
Executive Team Review
Handled respectfully and transparently.
13. Amendments to Terms
TTN may update these Terms for:
Program adjustments
Legal compliance
Governance updates
Families will be notified of major changes.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with TTN services—including KTA+ Premium Programs, Thinkers Academy Private Tuition, Kingdom Thinkers Academy, and iProject International programs & 1:1 sessions—families agree to:
Comply with all policies
Follow conduct expectations
Accept scheduling and fee requirements
Uphold a safe learning environment
15. Thinkers Academy Private Tuition, Kingdom Thinkers Academy, & iProject International – Terms of Service
These terms apply to all 1:1 tutoring and individual learning sessions delivered under TTN Australia, including:
Thinkers Academy Private Tuition
Kingdom Thinkers Academy additional 1:1 sessions
iProject International 1:1 mentoring sessions
All 1:1 sessions follow the same rules regardless of program origin.
15.1 Thinkers Academy Payment Options
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
Payment processed six days prior to each scheduled session.
5-Session Package
Paid upfront
Must be used within a 5-week timeframe
10-Session Package
Paid upfront
Must be used within a 10-week timeframe
Packages cannot be extended, refunded, rolled over, or transferred.
15.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling — PAYG
More Than 2 Days Before Session
May reschedule before the next scheduled session.
Same Day (More Than 1 Hour Before)
May reschedule before the next scheduled session; no credit is issued.
Less Than 1 Hour or Failure to Attend
Session is forfeited
No refund or reschedule permitted
15.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling — 5-Session & 10-Session Packages
Applies to all package-based sessions.
More Than 1 Hour Before Session
May reschedule before the next scheduled session.
No credit is provided.
Less Than 1 Hour Before or No-Show
Session is forfeited
No reschedule permitted
Expiry
5-session packages expire at 5 weeks
10-session packages expire at 10 weeks
Unused sessions are forfeited
15.4 Tutor Availability
If the assigned tutor is unavailable:
A substitute Thinkers Academy tutor, KTA Teacher or iProject mentor may be provided
Families must still complete sessions within the package timeframe
15.5 Additional 1:1 Sessions Across TTN (KTA + iProject, Electives)
All additional or elective 1:1 sessions—including those inside KTA programs and iProject International—are governed by these same Terms.
This ensures consistency in:
Scheduling
Cancellation rules
Conduct expectations
Tutor allocation
15.6 Account Responsibilities
Families agree to:
Maintain accurate account details
Keep login credentials secure
Ensure appropriate supervision during sessions
Use TTN-approved communication channels only
15.7 Conduct & Policy Alignment
All participants must follow:
TTN Child Safety Policy
TTN Technology & Cyber Safety Policy
KTA+ Code of Conduct
These Terms of Service
Breaches may result in suspension or termination.
15.8 Termination of Service
TTN may suspend or terminate sessions for:
Unpaid fees
Repeated late cancellations
Behavioural or safety concerns
Breaches of policy
Unused sessions may be forfeited.
15.9 Acceptance
Booking, paying for, or attending any Thinkers Academy, Kingdom Thinkers academy or iProject International sessions constitutes acceptance of:
These Terms
Package expiry rules
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements
Conduct expectations
